Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed and delivered within 15–20 days from the date of purchase. This allows us to carefully prepare, package, and quality-check each order before shipment.
During busy seasons such as Diwali, Eid, or wedding season, please allow extra time for delivery.
Shipping Rates
We offer Free Shipping across Canada on all online orders.
For U.S. or international deliveries, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

In-Store Pickup (Edmonton Only)
Free in-store pickup is available at checkout. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when picking up.
International Orders
International shipping is available upon request. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import fees, and taxes.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Ethnic Edge is not responsible for courier delays, losses, or damages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
