Return & Cancellation Policy

General Policy
At Ethnic Edge, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
Because our garments are often custom-tailored and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
This ensures the hygiene and integrity of all pieces, as worn or altered items cannot be resold.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging.

Please email info@ethnicedge.ca or call (780) 807-4159 with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Once reviewed, we will determine if the item is eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or fragrance will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
If your return is approved, our team will send you instructions for shipping.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us at info@ethnicedge.ca or (780) 807-4159 with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Approved cancellations will receive store credit equal to the order value, valid for 30 days.
After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Final Sale Items
All custom orders, altered garments, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Ethnic Edge reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
